So many men and women are suffering behind closed doors. Of these people 1 in 4 are women and 1 in 6 are men. There is help available if you are enduring violence at home for religious or cultural reasons. Dmomestic violence is wrong and against the law so do not put up with it. Both the abuser and the abused can get help. Abuse is devastating and should not be condoned in any relationship.
